Emma has over 25 years' experience in design, advertising and in-house creative arenas, creating and collaborating with top creative and strategic innovators.
Brands Emma has worked with include Camelot (The National Lottery), CNN, Nestlé, Disney, Associated British Foods, Habitat and IBM. Within fashion Emma has worked across the portfolio of brands within The Arcadia Group include Burtons, Principles, Dorothy Perkins and more significantly with Topshop | Topman.
She has also had the pleasure to collaborate with leading names in design such as Ronnie Cooke Newhouse, Gosha Rubchinskiy, Mark Lebon, Alister Mackie, Alasdair McLellan, Tyrone Lebon, Angello Pennetta, Ben Toms, Ben Weller and Derek Rodgers. Stylists Luke Day, Alister Machie, Ellie Grace Cumming, Harry Lambert, Julian Ganio and Max Pearmain.
Emma's motivation lies deeply in mentoring and coaching new emerging talent from a diverse background. Emma sits on the advisory board of Creative Equals and her industry engagement includes collaborating and judging at D&AD (Design & Art Direction) and Creative Circle. Alongside closing up the education gap by collaborating with UOH (University of Herts), MMU (Manchester Metropolitan University) and SCA (School of Communications Arts).
